Damn Redcon1 one had me completely sweat through my shirt just from my warmup lol. This stuff is gonna make me overtrain. I even trained calves today, which I never do... They're still retarded lol

I've always been a big fan of Japanese art and culture and its great hearing your insights and experiences.From yesterday after an arm workout. Holding it together better than I thought! Weighed myself for the first time in a month and down 2kg on much less food. I want to get back in the gym, but I can't really complain where I am at all things considered.

This morning, back and biceps, 213lbs, possibly 12 weeks out, less than 2 fucks given about bodybuilding. Just training hard and being smart with my nutrition.
