nothing really is any different. had a little setback in January. I slipped on ice and tore my quad tendon completely off right above the kneecap and partially tore my patella tendon other than that everything is been going good.
im using testosterone at 500 mg a week and 6IUs of growth hormone a day and a half milligram Arimidex twice a week.
I did start a fiber supplement which I think really helped me out and getting all the waste and toxins out of my body quickly. that seem to help me burn fat a little more efficiently.
I appreciate all the feedback from everyone. it keeps me motivated. thank you all.

You've had so many MAJOR set-back over the past few years, way to keep it going and staying positive...as much as you can. Most people would have broken down and given up, or got frustrated and went MIA, lol.hey
