Great physique! You look younger than 42!
[/lang]7 weeks post comp.
Weight has peaked at 93.9kg, stage weight of 79.9kg.
I think I'm holding it quite well, I've not allowed myself to eat like a fat ass, always monitoring output, cycling calories and being flexible with my diet has been key.
Some obvious water and fat gain, but for the sake of long term progression and health, it's necessary.
Due for a deload in the next few weeks, as I've been pushing training and food up quite high, to make the most of the rebound.
Due to the slower weight gain over the past 2 weeks, the potential for fatigue accumulation of working 13 hour shifts for 2 weeks at a time and 5-6 training sessions per week, even though the body feels good, the brain knows what is best and logic needs to take over here.
Probably the best and most efficient rebound I've had after a show.
