Impressive physique, I would ask you about AAS usage, but unless you say 5+ grams everyone will just call you a liar.

I’m gonna add quite a bit of size this year, doing another show in November and hoping for nationals 2021, depending on my work schedule will maybe do Vegas or Miami.

I run less than some of the local physique guys in terms of injectables, but 8 iu gh as well and that seems to work for me.

Came off winter bulk a few weeks ago. Cruising on 125mgs of Test Cyp a week and 3-5iu GH a day. Partially tore my left pec on Christmas Eve. You can see the remaining bruising on my bicep and yellow tint on my pec. Thank god after about a week I got full range of motion back in my arm. I still can't do chest but pretty close to 100% on all other exercises. Sitting around 215. Next blast starts April 1.

Wow can't even tell you injured your pec. Chest has held up well (fullness) for not have been training it.

At that point in time it was 75g carbs, 400g protein, and 20g fats.

lots of fish, greens, and carbs came from oats and white rice.
