How do you usually place? I think you said you live in Poland? My memory is bad. You look like you are ready to turn pro any day now in those 2 photos. Have you got any consistent recommendations from the judges where you compete?

I live in Poland exactly. Thank you for the good words, buddy, but I still miss a lot of pro if I will ever be at this level. But in two weeks I compete in the national NPC league competition on Saturday, and the next day on Sunday I compete in proqualifer - there will probably be many guys from Russia, the Czech Republic and Ukraine and the best players from Poland, I don't count on a pro card, I just want to present the best

Your legs look like they have come up some in those pictures, compared to the other pictures you posted in your thread. How much taller are you than most of the serious competition?

Your legs look like they have come up some in those pictures, compared to the other pictures you posted in your thread. How much taller are you than most of the serious competition?

I had big problems with my knees, but I found good physiotherapy and over the last 15 weeks there has been a very big improvement in terms of legs - the size of the leg is 3cm larger compared to what was 3 months ago and that's just thinking start and with time it will only get better. Not long ago I was not able to do a 60kg squat on vsquat now I do 300kg on the same machine for 8-10 reps

when it comes to my transport I'm one of the highest players in the super heavyweight I have 6.2 while the average in this category is about 5.7-5.8

Thanks. Last year was transformative for me - got leaner than I'd ever been then pushed my weight up higher than it's ever been. Really excited to see where I come in after dieting this year.
