Thank you for the kind words.
I've got a little over 2 months of hard training in. Prior to that I had no gym access ala the pandemic and about 4 months prior to today I had two slipped disks in my lower lumbar. I'm still working with a physical therapist and undertaking VA therapy for the mental side of things.

Mutual support to all my PM Brothers. This community has been good to me over the years.

Felt pretty run down 2 days ago so took a rest day, pulled calories down, and got a good 8-9 hours of sleep. Woke up yesterday with lower lat details I hadn't seen before.

Later yesterday after chest / shoulders.

Small glimpse of my non-bodybuilding side - girlfriend got this on Memorial Day.

I knew he sold exercise equipment but didn’t know he fabricated stuff. Very cool! Can’t wait to use them. Will get some good pics. Gonna put them to use!

The diameter of those plates is bigger than the standard 45 and 100 lb plates? That would be nice to have. We had some big 200 lb plates made by my lifting partner's father.

10 weeks. I'd I do compete still. Tren upped to 50g 3x week and bodyweight increased, while getting leaner.
