HMMM!

Well I have seen your pics for a while now and even though your 12 weeks out and in the smooth part I've seen you look better.
Just on the pics alone seems like your falling into the size/muscle for the sake of good Shape/muscle mode like I did for a long time. What I mean is gain weight just to look big in the off season and then taking it off and seeing you really did not gain as much muscle as you thought. Unless you really dial it in with Wydle's help and can stay around a good 200 to 220 ripped you might be disappointed.

I do remember your chest being bigger before but shoulders , arms and back still look good. Hammies could come up calfs too but again once your down to comp BF% that may all look better.

I still think you need to get rid of your uni-brow though!

I've seen your pics elsewhere, too, but not familiar enouch to compare then to now. Looks like you've got a shitty dig. cameral like mine. (Memory holds like 8 pics at reasonable quality... LOL.)

Anyway, I'll assume you're asking for constructive criticism, so I'll toss some ideas your way:

Twist your torso more on the side chest to show a V taper. Also, you might consider flexing the bottom part of your front pec - looks like you've got a ooh so slight case of gyno that would look better if you tightened up underneath. (Not sure if this even shows at contest BF%...)

Agree that Ham's and calves could be brought up.

Most muscular is a good pose for you, at least upper body.

Back is nice n' wide. Looks like (could be camera / lighting) that it lacks some thickness, i.e., the kind that give you a nice groove down the center. Low lats could be brought up, too (but that's true for damn near everyone!). This might be where you hold bodyfat, too, so future pics will help more...

I agree with Fathead, an expert on physique below the neck as well as above (as the handle suggests) :p , that trimming down the unibrow might make that last pose look better. Also, the bedhead could be improved a tad as well...

i agree with homonunculus. your back is wide but could be thicker, esp. the mid back. need some more meat in there. calves could be brought up-mine could be too!:mad: need to kill that back b/c nowadays its the back that judges seem to look at! big backs set bodybuilders apart-i.e. dorain, ronnie, lee haney! oh yeah, nice afro man!:D they make hair gel to keep that stuff down! lol. j/k bro! good luck in your show!

Fathead: lol yea def. gonna work more on my bak, but the picture quality doesn't do me any justice, I'm a lot harder than that, and my bak is pretty deep. Bro Last year I was at 230lbs. and fatter than THAT!!

Homonuclus: good to hear from ya, I read just about every one of you're posts, u gotta a lot of knowledge. The pics suk, that's y it seems like i got gyno, but the close up, Most Muscular shot, it's clear there is none. I got a little fat in the lower chest that dissapears with a little dieting.

Truly Huge...lol I got gel in my hair there bro, I'm into tha oooold house party look. :)

You and I have similar physiques, with the exception that I have about 10 years experience on you. 10 more years and you will blow me out of the water( I was 200lbs at your age). Takeing into account you are a teenager, after the diet your legs have a great shape, your waist is small, and you have an awesome v-taper. To me, your arms (after diet) are a little proportionately small and your abs could be thicker. When the other guys critique you, they are not taking into consideration your age and experience. It takes time to develop a certain thickness and you are definetely on your way. BTW, how tall are you?

oh def. man!!! Thanx for the cirtisizm, I love it, I'm gonna go pound out some arms now...lol it's so hard to get em bigger, they're already 19", but everything else is so much bigger it makes em look proportionately small like u said.

Yes in the pictures I do, but befor I cut-up last year I was 230 lbs. with a higher bf% than I am this year at 243lbs. After I cut-up, I'll be thicker, harder, and i hope more proportionate than last year.
But that's what we all hope for right... :rolleyes:
