i started my precontest at 330lbs and was 258lbs on stage...i had a complete patella tendon rupture in 06 and had no prior leg training until this precontest...make no mistake am not making an excuse and i will work my ass off to bring the leg up to par

Holy crap, you look great, Eassemian! I am sorry you had that leg injury...I know how bad that sucks because I tore my bicep off the bone. You've done a terrific job in spite of that!

i appreciate the comment jet i was very scared when i entered the show because i really did not know how it was going to look...i hope to make better gain this off season and push hard to grow...so far i have not had any problems with it...how did u make it past your injury because it can b quite scary to train that muscle again

I was really careful not to reinjure the thing. I have short bicep attachments anyway and did NOT want to hurt it again. Eventually I was fine and managed to deadlift 650 in the years after the injury. I am hoping everything works out with your leg. You've got a great physique.
