Yea, I've been told that for my height I need to be a HW. It's a big jump, but I'm working on it. If not this year, next for sure. I don't want to be a 205 lb heavy - I'll get killed. I think I need to be at least 210 to be competitive.

Patrick is a great guy. Also you might know Mark Jacobs - he's from NC and got his pro card a couple years ago - his wife April turned pro in fitness this year. I know Greg, and me and Shaun roomed together for Nats. He's a freak - it was tough posing in the room next to him!

Cool. I know Marc, but I have never met him. Only spoke to him on the phone. Mr. Europa? He seems like a really nice guy. Tell him Peter Putnam says hey. I know one of his good friends over here in Knoxville and that's how we got connected. Is Patrick still with Prolab? I wish the lighter classes received more respect. What happened to Greg this year? I have a friend who will be doing the Excaliber in SC. You ever make it to that show?

Great hardness skin color and definition in all body parts. (Grainyness as most call it)
Great look...keep at what you are doing it's working.
I can forsee you doing doing damage in the heavyweight class in the next few years if you have a chance that is-as you may win your way to the pros from the light heavy class.

nice pics bro, you look chopped at states too...I followed your progress after you did States...I competed with Greg J in Jr States when he won...I work with Mike V with my diet...I'm going to do States and maybe Jr USA's but just wanted to drop a line
