Thanks for all of your comments and support over the last months. I've done it before, but I need to do it again, thanks to Phil for the last 10 months and especially Flexmaster for always being there to help and encourage me. This was the first time my family and most of my friends have been to a show. They did not know what to expect, but they came away impressed with the sport and with me. It was awsome because for the night show they were 5 feet away from the stage so I hit a couple poses in the center then walked over right in front of them and posed for them because they were there for me through it all. It was one of the greatest experiences in my life and almost surreal in a way, especially Sunday morning when I woke up and realized I had completed what I had been training 10 months for. I weighed in at 174 Friday night and did nothing but dehydrate more that night (didn't sleep 1 minute!). I imagine I was 167 to 170 on Saturday, the exact same weight as when I started lifting 3 years ago- much different composition, but a mindfuck all the same.
This lets me know exactly where I am and what was under all the extra crap I was carrying around. Although I didn't place very well, I brought really good conditioning and I was happy with my lower body and abs especially. It is very motivating and I am definately hooked on this sport. It was a great life experience and again, thanks to all of you who have supported me!
