Hey Rob! I am 5'4 1/2" and my weight is about 140lbs right now.

Lynx~This will be my first show since '04. I competed in the TN State show and placed fourth. I was told I needed to add more size and back thickness, so that is what I really tried to do in '05. I have gained about 15 lbs of muscle. So we'll see...

For four to five weeks out, your ham glute tie in is tight. Can definately see the upper back thickness from that angle. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. You're going to do very well. Oh yeah.. Nice pic.
