Figured I would throw some pics up.

Age: 24
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 210 lbs

Have been slowly cutting, recovering from a hip injury, and getting rugby fit over the last few weeks. I was as heavy as 225 at one point, just focused on mass, but now I am going for much more quality. I hope to continue slowly cutting over the next few weeks while holding on to as much strength and size as possible.

Your looking good especialy after comming off an injury , most people pack on fat from not changing their eating but not working out either.

What are you goals from here??

hey bro thanks for the response.
my goals are to slowly drop a few more % points in body fat. maybe only losing another 5 lbs would do it for me. but want to hold on to as much strength and size as possible (along with everyone else in the world lol) my hip injury really started improving in the last few weeks, and that is when I have been able to start pushing it with the cardio.

in the mornings on an empty stomach, i do 5 rounds of jump roap with plyos and dynamic stretching in between. gets the heart going and gives me a good sweat

Whats ur diet and training look like?

I play rugby so I do a lot of compound lifts. deads, power cleans, snatches, squat. But also make sure to get in some bodybuilding movements. training usually last 50 mins. it takes usually another 20 mins to stretch properly and get a good core workout which i do every day.

my typical daily diet is:

wake up 9 30 am (yay for being a student! lol)

9 45 - cardio for 20 mins

10 20- cup of oats with banana and honey
3-4 whole eggs, 2 slices of ezekial toast
scoop of protein

11 30 - pre workout potion (nitrobolic extreme)

12 -1 45 - gym and shower
(immediately at the end of my workout, i drink simple carbs mixed with aminos)

2 15 - protein shake with 45 gr pro, in addition to greek yogurt, assorted fruits, and pb

330 - chicken breast with serving of brown rice,

5ish - chicken breast with serving of brown rice (again), avocado if they are ripe (I pack these 2 meals and bring them with me to class)

7 30 - bowl of pasta with homemade sauce, salad with light homemade balsamic vinegarette, some sort of protein (steak or tuna fish etc)

930-10 - 2 rice cakes with a nice load of pb on them with a glass of milk
(eating this at night has really helped curb my appetite late in the evening)


let me know if u have any suggestions, I am sure it needs work! Also, twice a week i get sushi after I work out, but this is just a typical diet on a normal day

Its not really a cutting diet i guess, outside of the fact that I do cardio in the mornings and dont really eat much carbs before bed. I have a fast metabolism and kinda need the fuel since I have rugby 2-3 times a week. I try to keep on my lifting schedule regardless of rugby training.

I think you're doing good. You have different goals than most people on this board. You have a very athletic build with some good mass and your diet is pretty clean.

- and side chest pics are really good. Keep training hard! Don't get frustrated- there are so many elite competitors on this board and many know each other.

thanks a lot JT. I need to work on my posing a bit. and yeah i agree. ppl take health for granted until its gone! i am pain free now though!
