Pics of where to shot synthol

Ok sorry for 3synthol posts LOL but I wanna get this right before I do it. Im going to listen to everyone and shot both heads but im a little skeptical still where to shot, so can someone please go to this link http://www.spotinjections.com/index3.htm and click "bicep series 1" and where the two black rectangles on the guys arm(not the picture of the arm, the actual guys arm) are on the bicep, would that be the two areas I inject? Thanks

Your bicep is probably larger than that diagram at the top - 1 is outer head and 2 is inner head. If you can't see the difference, you can probably feel the split/separation between the two heads.

I'd probably move those rectangles up a bit. I can't see any veins like in those pics
