I know I'm way far out from my two shows I have planned next March,40/43 weeks to be exact. I figured I'd kick it in high gear about 24 weeks out. Until then just wanted to see how much improvement I can make until I start pre-contest mode,with the new quote in mind "Quantity Vs Quality"!! My absolute ultimate goal would be to get "Azarian type lean"!And I think I might have the upper hand with his help, 2 weeks into his new plan for me and I'm already seeing some very noticeable changes plus my desire and intensity is through the roof! I'm going to keep this log very simple and short kinda like Small town's...to the point! I always enjoy reading his daily workout/posts! He's actually whats inspired me to make my own log .Thanx! Here it goes;...

Quads & Calves

Preworkout-2 scoops of whey, 3 rice cakes
during-2 scoops Xtend

Smith Machine Squats- 2 warms
Working sets/ 2min rest between sets. 215*12, 215*10, 265*8, 265*8...felt strong..could have done more weight..slow controlled movements tho.
One legged leg press-1 Warm
worksets (1 min rest btw sets)..3 plates* 12, 4 plates* 12, 5p's *8. Not very strong with this one?
Leg ext- 1 warm
worksets (1 min rest) 1 leg 55*12 (* 4)....5 sec pause at the top...ouch!!
Seated calve-very little rest btw sets 2 warms
25*20, 50*20, 100*12, 100*10. good squezze at the top.
Standing calve no warms
105* 20, 105* 15, 105* 12, 105* 8...once again, ouch!!

20 mins low intensity cardio
postworkout-2 scoop xtend, 5g creatine..

Rest Day

Woke up very tired this morning for some reason! But feel ok now!Usually I feel rested when I wake. No training other than eating 100% clean today!( 172.5)

Arms

  • Alright, Popped a little No shotgun(that shit does work) and killed it.. This whole entire Arm workout took me only 25 mins..I know alot of people on here don't care to much for "the pump" But Holy F..It Felt good! I was sweating like a pig... I haven't done just arms by themselves in a long time, I forgot what a fun workout that is! Arms can be a hard workout!!!! I love the change!!:D

Today's my B-day... No training..No cardio...Dinner w/ the wife tonite...sirloin and a sweet pot at Outback...well maybe a little cardio after dinner.(I hope) ;)

Back and Delts

Today I pushed it pretty hard and def felt a little pain, another fast paced workout! pull ups, seated row, rack deads,(195*5)db press, side laterals, bent over laterals and pec deck(rear)....took a few more pics..
