I know I'm way far out from my two shows I have planned next March,40/43 weeks to be exact. I figured I'd kick it in high gear about 24 weeks out. Until then just wanted to see how much improvement I can make until I start pre-contest mode,with the new quote in mind "Quantity Vs Quality"!! My absolute ultimate goal would be to get "Azarian type lean"!And I think I might have the upper hand with his help, 2 weeks into his new plan for me and I'm already seeing some very noticeable changes plus my desire and intensity is through the roof! I'm going to keep this log very simple and short kinda like Small town's...to the point! I always enjoy reading his daily workout/posts! He's actually whats inspired me to make my own log .Thanx!
