No training Yesterday.. Didn't have time to Log! Transplanted a tree from my backyard to my front yard..and it was 108 degrees outside, Mother f'er.. Talk about cardio! Hardcore Legs Today, gonna try to take some leg pics after!
My damn computer took a dump! And i haven't been able to get to z log! So I'm typing this out from my phone! 6/28 was chest and hams. Killer workout! I've been training with a new training partner and he pushes me pretty damn good and there is very little small talk, which I like! In and out of the gym! Key lift was declines on the smith! Didn't use full range. Just half reps and kept tension on the chest during the movement! I'll be doing it that way from now on! There normally is a crazy pump in my shoulders when I do any type of bench! But with half reps its all chest! Very happy with that! This morning I was 170.5. I'm starting to feel lean again! Today is a rest day! Planned a trip to Vegas Aug 28 with the wife! So that's gonna give me some more motivation with the diet and training cause I want to look good at the MGM pool!
Going on day 5 without working out..i've been wanting to take some much needed rest for a while but just couldn't bring myself to take a long break.. it wasn't really planned,but I did and it was well worth it. I feel great and have more energy than i've had in a long time..hung out w the fam and went to the D backs vs Cubs game on monday...Cubs swept em...its was way fun but drank a little too much....heres just a few pics...
