Just sent the payment to Alex for my Off Season guidance and then will come the pre contest preparation. I will be working with alex the whole entire year until the contest day...

I really want to thank you guys here....

I know how important your contest preps are to you....

We all bust our ass in and out of the gym and honestly... the hardest part is...

being a bodybuilder when we go home...( eating propper, prepping meals and keeping life organized) so we can hammer down hard in the gym and make it all pay off....

I really believe that half the battle is juggling work and family life... but also accomplishing all the little things that add up that make us bodybuilders...

but you gotta love it...

This dude right here has so much potential, strong as hell ( seriously strong)....with a great work ethic in the gym....

Just want to keep things productive and on track, then dieted down hard this guy not only has the looks but predict will be very impressive.....

Light heavy weight on top of the class 198 1/2 had to take lasix to make it. I was 212 the night before...

I placed 6th....


I am very happy i have done all on my own with out a couch...

From this point forward i am starting monday to work with Alex Azarian... He will take me to the win.... Victory

Very true bro - i worked with Alex to get my BF down and he got me ripped without losing muscle. Not contest shape, but I was going for a lean-bulk. he knows his stuff for sure. BTW - really nice traps and quads look good too.
