i have to say,
when phil and i met up last march to lift one afternoon i was impressed by the size of the man. we trained legs that day and i had not until then seen legs that thick and vascular before. the whole workout was so short that i realized i work to hard myself, to many sets reps per bodypart isnt the way to go for everyone. then when we worked on posing in the lockeroom , he showed that he had abs under that mountain of muscle. i think he weighed about 253-256 that day. i was 205 and not even as cut. rather humbeling i must admit.
