Well these pics form today were taked with a phone camera after 2.5 months without AS, just Gh, slim and IGf, 245 pounds and 6.3% bf by parrillo performance method, Victor let me posted bc i am in great condition to be clean and then you will notice the difference, so of course i am starting today with everything for my precontest prep...

I thought the same thing. It's probably the way the pic is taken, or maybe his back is super huge so it makes the arms look smaller. How tall are you? You look short.

His back is super huge...thats why i was asking cause in these pics it looks like his arms need some catching up.....BUT

In other pics I have seen of him they didn't..thats why I'm asking...either way....I'm a big fan!! Heniz is a good bro

Arms are 19.5 , improved a lot but still my weakest part, my back is big so they look smaller more form the back side, also bc my shoulders impreved a lot.

I already did it and i will do it again with all the stuff.

I own all my improvements to Victor Munoz, he is totally focus in what he is doing, he calls me at least 3 times a week, i had study my body and designed differents workouts schedules every 15 to 20 days, he changes my diet every 15 to 20 days, he figured out how my body responds to the stress of as and traininig, he took the desition of clean my receptors for 2.5 months and played with the diet to lose bf and gain muscle just with peptides, maybe some of us know about how to do it but the difference is hes dedication and the eye totake the decitions and more difficult just seen me once a month achieving exellents results in my shoulders, back details, leggs sweep and size, also arms and calves.

For me a real trainer is not the one that send you 2 e mails a month like the gurus of the magazines that claim they are doctors and you never see them back stage suffering with their athletes.

Yes we are trying to build keeping the same body fat for this month, i already gain 9 pounds.
