Actually Phidias, I had some girls in there 20's hitting on me a couple months back at a club. It made me feel young again.

I been working out for 27 years, it does make a different when you get older. My advice for the younger crowd, compete, have fun and never quit and when you get older think health first.

I can only wish to look as good as some of you older fellas on here when i get to that age. Ive still got a little time, but the years are going by fast and i know ill be there in a blink of an eye.

Main, actually when I saw pix of your competition, it reminded me of my old competition days and I had the same conditioning in my shows. You get that when you put in a hard, solid effort. I get my inspiration from guys like you and others on this board.
