thats one hell of a gym, pretty big. I hear the owner throws you out if you make any grunting sounds or slam any weights tho. He must be one of those prissy health club types

Actually i heard the complete opposite I heard you can grunt as loud as you want , take your shirt off so people can stare at you, even scream and swear and throw weights and shit against the walls so feel free to do so TP4U and let me know how it goes, oh and goodluck. LMFAO.


Phil looks like a solid gym for training hard core and some good amount of sq feet , the gyms here we cant even make noises without almost getting our membership revocted . Looks like youve done well bro , is this what you always wanted (gym) or did you just make some good decisions to get to this point , well either way congrats .

Nice place PHIL...would be nice to workout at a hardcore place...pretty clean to be hard hardcore It is better than the place i am at now...too many old people.

Wow! It looks great. Makes me want to train there, but my commute would be too long! I like how many pcs of equiptment are different in color that make it much better visually. I noticed a gourney, is that so you can help the injured back out to their car's ...hehe....or do you have PT there and or massage.

I'd love to own a gym like your's!

I hope you did not buy the leg extension made by hammer strength though because I might have to throw you a beaten. Just kidding but man I used it at my gym and thought this feels like shit. My freind owned a very similar set up. He was a competitive BB at the time so he picked "his" favorit items. I told though do not cater to the BB. The reason I say this is we are usuallly cheap. We are generally rough on the equip heck even most are late on there monthly payment. So I changed his mind to cater to fitness crowd where women and older guys etc.. could train for fitness also. The only thing was the loud ass heavy weight slingers scared the shit out of the other clients then they never reupped there contracts. You have to understand too that this gym was in a rednecky area. Yup lost his ass. I felt so bad. He sold the whole gym for under 15,000.00. He had a full line of flex weight stacked machines(circuit) A few Flex free weight machines. About 20 pieces of cardio. All leg machines by Nebula (I loved that stuff). The only prob with Nebula is that the pieces take up to much space sometimes. He had the hack squat and the leg press that fits like 2,500lbs. I trained there for free because I worked for him for 3 years at the while going to school. I also helped him set it all up. Damn shame the guy is 32 with a bankruptcy on his record. Doesnt help when trying to get a loan or a mortgage. All I can say Phil is the gym looks great I hope you have a more diverse crowd and more fitness types also that actually pay. I wish I could train a few days with you there that would be awesome. You have pretty much been my idol since I think it was 1994 USA's. My brother was alos into BB and I said now this guy has it all. Small wasp like waist. Huge legs, thick chest, huge shoulders and killer shaped bis and tris not to mention a thick ass back. Damn makes me want to go train right now.

I dont know if it is the same where you live but am I right that it is better to have the older crowd who pays just to stay in shape etc......Maybe im wrong about that. Just in my area the screamers and yellers were abroad. The funny thing was though the screaming and yelling guys were using 50lb dumbelss for incline presses. I think it sometimes is just a attention seeking behavior. I think some of them figure heck if I cant get noticed from my physique ill just yell and scream then surely someone will notice me. Not putting down anybody for a grunt or groan but damn screaming???? Seems to me puts too much effort in to screaming that it would take away from my concentration.
