I am right handed and also have chronic bicep tendonitis on the same side and on and off rotator cuff problems. i also sleep on my stomach/side which means i usually have my arm under my pillow.
any tips to alleviate discomfort. i know i can try to sleep on the other side, but i always revert back to the same old side. my physio said at my age now the problem i am facing is more not what i am doing in the gym but things outside of the gym impeding my recovery.
what pillow /sleep positions worked for you guys?
