pinched nerve rehab

ive had elbow pain for along time now...initially i suspected bad tendonitis, now im wondering if its a pinched nerve. How do you heal a pinched nerve, other then tie off (not working out is not an option), lol

Other than remove the obstruction that is 'pinching' the nerve, it just takes time.

Have you actually had any testing procedures done to evalutate the problem?

I've had a pinched nerve in my back for two months now. One day I had to take 12 painkillers and lie flat on the bed because it hurt so much. Sometimes it gets better then it gets worse again. I can't work out and walk only short distances.

the last pinched nerve I had I was prescribed the drug prednisone,,strangley it worked.

i have a friend whos a nurse and she said it could be, she didnt really do any inspection of it though. I dunno. I just have old man joints. lol

I had it for long time and Victor told me to go to the chiropractor, my chiropractor is exellent, he fixed it in a month.
We noticed it was a pinched nerve becose my right arm and shoulder were getting flat, also at the chiropractor testing i was very week with my right arm and also training doing presses i was loosing the form a little when i was on a press exercice.

What do you notice?
