Hey guys hope you’re all doing well. This is the year I’m gonna give 100% to USA’s and go for my pro card. Been pushing extremely hard to get here.

last year I was going to do USA’s but I ended up dropping out because I got divorced, wasn’t in the right state of mind. Now I’m back 100%

I’m 245lbs morning weight in these photos, close to 250 bedtime. Biggest and leanest I’ve ever been. I’m thinking I can reasonably get up to 250 morning at the same bodyfat % before I start prep in April. Not worried about weight onstage, just going to come in peeled

30iu Lantus daily
12iu GH daily
Humalog 3x weekly 12iu

How you like the MENT? Really mild compound for myself but others do get terrible sides.
