Pinkton's SYNTHEROL LOG with JJB1

I always find it hilarious how guys do all these things to be able to eat food. My appetite is my problem as it's simply too large. I could eat all day.
Man, I hate eating. I have to force it down. It was much easier when I just drank shakes.
 
Agreed!! I linked this thread on a other forum and people were like ‘nuh uh, must have bad genetics for needing this much’.
And none of them will ever win a big show either.
If you don’t compete there’s no need for any of this. A cc of test a week with lots of good food will get you plenty of size.

Agreed JJ. I think most people would need a decent dose of Aas to come close to this.
 
What kind of doses does Chad have him on? Any updates?

400mg test cyp eod
200mg primo eod
200mg deca eod
50mg anavar daily
25mg proviron daily
8iu gh daily
15iu humalog 3x a week

And I use megestrol to help with appetite 40mg 3x daily

Guys, this is Pinkton’s current off-season stack. He is bulking for 6 more weeks.

Looking thick and not fat at all. How do you like the megestrol for appetite enhancement? Do you feel it makes a big difference?

He has really morphed big time in the past 6 years. Cool how we can look back on page one and compare. Looks like a different guy. Big size gains.

Have you done bloodwork to check where estrogen is on this ? Johnjuan said chad doesn't use any ai offseason ? Any small dose seems to blow my joints. Been crippled for nearly 2months now even with rebounding high. No ed issues ? I always have deca in offseason and aromatisation converts over to very high prolactin for me . I presume if I keep prolactin low I eobt have ed even with high estrogen ?
 
What’s the diet like Pinkton? I’ve heard Chad likes to push food. Great progress!
Pinkton just sent me his diet. Other coaches made him eat so clean he couldn’t get enough calories in for his fast metabolism. Nick Trigili was obsessed with keeping Pinkton’s fasted giucose low which made him lose size. He kept shrinking. Other coaches tried to get him to force down huge amounts of all clean food. Chad has him eat both clean and dirty. Pinkton needs a lot of food, which is apparent by the progress he is making now with Chad. Here is his diet:

7-8am
75g whey and 2-4 cookies or 1-2 muffins

10-11am
75g whey
150g carbs from cereal

2-3pm
150g karbolyn and 20oz Gatorade if using insulin that day (3x a week)
10oz chicken
1.5 cup rice

5-6pm
10oz chicken or beef
1.5 cup rice

8-9pm
10oz chicken
1.5 cup rice

Last meal:
Junk food meal of my choice. Sometimes this will be my 4th or 5th meal
If I’m eating a lot that day I’ll throw in an extra meal every so often, and that’s usually whey and muffin or cookies. And I sometimes throw cookies in with my chicken and rice meals.
