So im in the middle of my cycle and at first my wrist started to hurt very achey and then my elbow started to get sore, then the tendon " so I assume " got tight as a wire, not long after that I was dead lifting going a little heavier than my norm, "was feeling strong. As it slipped out of my left hand it didn't hurt but felt some strain in my fingers. About three days later my pinky and ring finger went numb. I think it could be a tear or some ulnar damage. Any suggestions on how to attempt to fix. It's been over a month and has not got better just used to iit now. But still annoying as hell. Brothers help me out!
