Have a look for how to do injections here. Yes you can pin the delts but be careful, lots of veins and nerves to hit. Unless you have large delts stick to the side delt. It is the biggest of the three.

Front and side are easy to hit but you may need a partner to help hit rear.

I use a 30g .5 inch slin pin with an autoinjecter and love it.

Calves once in a blue moon too

Will be adding triceps as a site soon.

Don't be afraid to try slin pins

Rear and side delts are my favorite pin spot. Front delts are brutal for me. My wife shoots my rear delta for me

Side and front delts are my second/third fave too, behind quads. Super easy, I don't ever "miss". Only downside is you cant quite effectively inj as much volume wise (but I'm a prop baby).

I think they are. I hit delts all the time with a slin pin...you just need to be lean enough there.

What bf % are you? Unless you are FAT, it should be extremely easy to go IM in the delts.

Side delts are really easy, but for me I don't like the way it makes the muscle look if you pin them frequently. I haven't tried the front and rear though so maybe that would help balance it out. Now I was also pinning eod with more then 1cc so take that into account as well.

I'm about 12-14%.

I do 3cc eod.
So I can't use them because slin pins are only 1cc.

i use a 1" on the side delts. goes in smoothly. I actually find it easier to pin here than glutes but ive been doing more glutes lately

I can put three cc i my ventro but then again ive put thre in my side delt eod. Just depends on the person.
