I can put three cc i my ventro but then again ive put thre in my side delt eod. Just depends on the person.

I found it very hard to hit my ventro.

Sides and fronts are easier and usually more pain free for me than glutes.

Front and side are easy to hit but you may need a partner to help hit rear.

I use a 30g .5 inch slin pin with an autoinjecter and love it.

Calves once in a blue moon too

Will be adding triceps as a site soon.

Don't be afraid to try slin pins

This, inj with slin pins has been great! I am shooting daily, with Tren A, no pain, no scar tissue.

As long as you are lean, slin pins are great!

For other stuff, I use Glutes, or I break it up into 3 slin pins.

Mostly delts

Almost all my pins are in my delta. I like to pin in the sites that I want to grow; therefore, my delts get pinned in all three heads EOD or ED. I throw in arms in the areas I want to grow. Site injection works for me, especially when I throw in a small amount of NPP into the mix. I very rarely hit a vein and never a nerve, if I do hit a vein it's usually a small surface capillary leaving a small bruise. For some reason I get more pain and baseball knots in my Glutes.

I'm 6'4" 290 so I have plenty of meat to hit.
