Pirateman man looking solid -18 weeks out

PM member Pirateman is 18 weeks out from competing in the

Masters 50 and over and novice class this coming June .

We have been working this year to start the prep in solid shape to battle it out in the novice and masters 50 class.

I think he did a great job sticking to our off season plan. And his prep starts in little over a week..

thats a pretty damn lean and solid 50 year old dude!

thanks.. he really wants to win his classes and look great on stage.. I think he did great this year staying in shape and sticking it out..

The real work begins soon. But should go pretty easy as he is off to a good start.

You might find a Guy in this shape 1 out of 3 gyms, A big maybe. he takes care of himself. Healthy probably no drug & alcohol and he listens to his body i'm sure of that.

He is a great guy too.. We set this plan in motion a long time ago.. he stuck to his part and stayed lean, trained hard and prepared for his prep.. I cant ask for more.. There is truth to the saying... Getting better with age
