Honest answer? you dont have any ED sides from Duta? I just find it hard to believe that something that drops your DHT level to almost zero can have no ED sides. I always had a feeling that DHT is one of the most important hormone for erections.

No, I've had none. Not sure what the literature says, but it's been good for me. It is an alpha blocker and affects smooth muscle in the prostate.

For those with no prostate issues (unless on a cycle), do you think it'd be wise to use flomax ONLY during cycles to keep the prostate in check? How many mg do you take?

It must be a powerful drug, I take 0.4 mg per day. I cap at night before bed. That's the usual dose. Doc said sometimes that is doubled if you need more. I think If that doesn't work then they'll go for a drug that decreases dht.

Look up the literature on the net and see what it says. I dont know where you'd get some unless you see a doctor. I cant imagine its sold in the black market, but you never know.

To get mine I just saw my GP and he did a prostate exam, yeah that sucks! This drug is the first step in treating enlarged prostate.

If you dont have issues when you're off gear, I dont see any issues with going off. I know that I used to be that way when I was younger. Eventually that swelling you get while on steroids can become permanent. Genes play a role I think.

I'll add one gross side I got from taking trenbolone. Retrograde ejaculation. When I would urinate there would be a decent amount of semen in there. It was nasty.
