hey guys....
just got back. well i did make the heavies, at 201lb. i was the very hard but simply got out muscled. the pics are from the weight ins the night before i had not applied color. i got 4th because of the coloring. i used the jantanna and this stuff sucked. i was told i was the hardest in the class, and my abs and obliues were the best in the class but my color was off and i got out muscled. no problem. i was my best ever, i not only stood toe to toe with the heavies but beat most of them. it was great.
we drove up me, kevin and doubler and kevin had some amazing levrone secrets whic shredded me up. annie has some pics of me, her and mo chisule together. i hope she will post them.
mo, it was so cool to meet you. i had a great time.
her and annie both looked great. both should have placed higher but the judging criteria is kinda messed up.
i also met tj shoejborn. he was in my class. he is a beast and it was an honor to stand next to him onstage.
had time to hang w pete putnam, he is doing well and looks great. talked diet w branch warren, talked to cutler a bit who is lookin great, hung a bit with kamali who im going to go see in a few months in NY.
over all it was a great weekend and worth all the effort despite the placing. last time i got 11th at the pit. now in a very hard lineup w guys like tj i moved to 4th and improved my contition and grew into the show and felt great. so i improved and im happy.
overall it was a great time and when annie posts up the pics you will see, we had so much fun.
and phil i met RG. he was a real nce and outgoing guy.
