How do you guys feel about Planned layoffs to allow for greater recovery when training naturally. Ive been following a routine similar to Dorian yates for 8 weeks now. Im thinking i should probably take a 1 week layoff to enhance recovery but i am continously making progress. would you wait till progress stopped or try to interrupt that with a brief layoff?
