Planning my first cycle: please critique

hey mass, just curious. whats your daily supplement routine like? and what about daily macro's?

I usually hit around 300 grams of protein a day, maybe slightly more. 100 of that is from shakes. carbs are at about 200 grams per day and i am not sure on the fat but would ballpark it at close to 100. The only supplement i currently use is whey, but im interested in trying out some high dose BCAA and or EAA's. I definitely need to up the protein to 350-400 and up the fat to keep adding mass.

you can get the results your looking for with fixing your diet and adding the right supps. no need for AAS yet.

I eat when hungry and that usually puts me at 6-8 meals a day. Follow that, but youll need to adjust the macros for your body to get the results you want. trust me that alone will get you where you want to be.
