hey mass, just curious. whats your daily supplement routine like? and what about daily macro's?
I usually hit around 300 grams of protein a day, maybe slightly more. 100 of that is from shakes. carbs are at about 200 grams per day and i am not sure on the fat but would ballpark it at close to 100. The only supplement i currently use is whey, but im interested in trying out some high dose BCAA and or EAA's. I definitely need to up the protein to 350-400 and up the fat to keep adding mass.
