Need a good bulking diet.
I work nights and get a lunch break around 1030 pm. My meals usually get mixed up and its hard to run a good series when my diets all messed up. Any opinions much appreciated. My gear and training is on schedule but the diets the only thing i have trouble with.
 
In light of recent findings on intermittent fasting as well as consideration of past bbers, and my own experience, I am not much a fan of the 8 meals a day idea. I eat 3 solid meals, 4 max, a day. One shake, two if I really screw the diet up. The more calories, the bigger the meals.

Do you have a macro plan? Do you want foods that are easy to cook and transport? Or do you need every detail laid out? Serious question, not bashing.

These aren't recipes but foods I find simple and good, since I'm always working, commuting, or lifting:

I don't like most meat reheated but I use chicken and add mccormick grillmates Montreal steak seasoning... shit is amazing.

Brown rice, wrapped in saran wrap and frozen in pre measured portions microwaves back to a very good texture... mix with the chicken and that steak seasoning is a simple way to make it very good.

Sweet potatoes are easy to transport. Bake 8 lbs at a time, mash, and measure them out by the cup in the morning. Spray butter and cinnamon to make it amazing.

Avocados are easy but BRING A KNIFE and don't cut them in advance... if you cut them early the skin gets brittle and its hard to peel. Otherwise you can cut and skin them early and put them in tupperware.

Oats and a shaker! Add cinnamon for a good flavor. You can easily transport, measure, and drink these on the fly.

Eggs. Not great but reheat well and hold their texture. Cook in bulk.

Honestly that's my ice chest. Id leave spray butter, cinnamon, and a tub of oats at work. The rest I pack in the AM. Only my breakfast is ever hot.
 
Oh and recently been carrying whole loaves of whole grain bread. Just add spray butter. But those are the things I find bearable to reheat and eat, or eat cold.
