I personally like proviron and would adjust and use it in the cycle instead, but def do what works for you.I’m starting at 350 protein, 600 carbs and 60 fats.
I opted for mast for a DHT specific compound - it was either mast or proviron. I wasn’t a big fan of EQ, I loved dhb but its harsh on the body
Calories are either a little low for your size or you have a slower metabolism.
