Plans for your next bulking cycle…?

I’m starting at 350 protein, 600 carbs and 60 fats.

I opted for mast for a DHT specific compound - it was either mast or proviron. I wasn’t a big fan of EQ, I loved dhb but its harsh on the body
I personally like proviron and would adjust and use it in the cycle instead, but def do what works for you.

Calories are either a little low for your size or you have a slower metabolism.

Def share some pics when you can as we are all a work in progress here. Not every phase of this sport is pretty.
 
I did something similar too actually. Why did you choose 300 and not less/ more?

I plan to run 300mcg for 1 month then 100mcg for a couple months on and off
Well when I use to run it was when I use to compete and I followed what my trainers had me run. But last time I ran it like almost a year ago I was lazy and didn't look up my papers from my training days. I have every single diet drugs and workout routin from.every single trainer I had train and prep me.i had a good few guy Don long ,and a few good well known ones here that have passed away.so I just ran it at 50mcg and didn't do absolutely nothing for me and it was definitely legit igf.so I'm run the higher dose this time and see how it turns out.if I feel of I'll lower it but if I remember correctly I was on those high doses when I competed. So let's see what happens

100-300 mcg 1-3 times a day.
