100-150p from lean beef / chicken breast / tuna / eggs
50-100c intra from gatorade and sometimes glucose candy to cover dips in bg (feel dumb not handling this better, intra carb demands increase on tren for me, should lower slin..)
100c in my pwo meal from sourdough bread and cor or regular white rice
150c post from rice noodle mac n cheese
