please advice

I am on my first cycle 4 weeks now i have been using d/bol 30mg/day. test enanthate 250 1 ml twice a week and boldabol 200 1 ml twice a week and 1 arimidex every 2 days. I think i am developing gyno, my nipples are swolen. Should i use nolvadex and how long before i should expect to see results from the nolvadex. Any advice would be much appreciated.

The nolvadex should help. It should start working within a couple of days. If after a week or so, you aren't seeing any improvement, then you should probably get off the gear for a few weeks. Keep taking the nolva. If all the symptoms disappear, then you could get back on the gear. Hopefully, the nolva will be bound to your estrogen receptors and prevent the gyno from returning when you get back on the juice. If you're this prone to gyno though, you're gonna need nolva in every cycle you do, along with an anti-aromatase and maybe proviron.

20mg Dbol a day for 4 weeks
250ml Test once a week for 10 weeks
200ml EQ once a week for 10 weeks

10mg nolvadex daily
Clomid 21 days after last injection

First cycle... is it enough?

I would drop the EQ and up the test dose to 5-600mg/week.

I am on my 4th week. and thus far i am very impressed with results. gained about 20 pounds. But have to wait untill im finished to see how much i keep.
The nolvadex is also working very glad about that. Almost thought i had to stop. Cant wait to see how much more i gain.

I wouldn't use the nolva unless you need it. keep it on hand if nipples start to swell take advantage of it.l
