been training for about 2 1/2 years pretty much all natty but I did try some gear for a very short period of time. I hurt my shoulder back in Nov. and some one recommended I try some deca. Once I started I realized I was doing it all wrong and stopped once I was all out. I'm a member at CM and my bros over there have helped me out a lot.
I've spent a lot time doing research and I have learned quite a bit, but I also know that I know very little.
I train hard 5 days a week and I have no future or immediate goals... I just like puttin in work and getting results. I have gained 40lbs since I started training and I plan on continuing to build.
