Love this site and i'm here to help bodybuilders. Saw that the great Phil Herndon is already here, hes an awesome trainer too. I trained Mah ahn for the Europa last year, training IFFB pro Mike Kindred this year. I trained Brenda Raganaught for the Arnold this year. Curently training a bunch of people for the USA and the Nationals. My training and dieting is a bit different from most out there. Any qustions about diet and training you guys might have i'm always happy with advice. I'm also a NPC judge and can give a little insight to where people place in shows. Welcome aboard! What dietary approach do you use for contest prep? Do you like your athletes to remain moderately lean during the offseason?
Do you want your athletes eating soild meals instead of any shakes throughout the precontest dieting phase?

So you're more of a carb cycling kind of guy? Or something else?
