Bro how to increase free T and reduce E2 to increase benefits. Currently I am taking diet high in carbohydrates. So suggest me

Free T is in pg/ml so if we covert in ng/dl it becomes 2.5ng/dl.
I am not getting morning erections now also so please give view is it low.

Ok I researched this for you. Calculation of free test takes many variables. Everybody is different. Try googling for a testosterone calculator. Input your numbers. People here are not going to do it for you. Guys get paid for that sort of thing.

Or why not ask the doctor you saw? Or just go see the endocrine doctor you were referred to?
