Thanks in advance!
The diet needs to be simple and convenient for me to stick with it I've found. I'm 31yo 6'1 225lbs and just came out of a cast from a broken dominant hand and it was rough. I usually take December mostly off anyway because it's my busy time, I do ecommerce, but this year was especially bad because it took me 3 times as long to do anything and cooking myself food might as well have been climbing mt everest, it stretched from late November to late January. I have a lot to make up for spring is around the corner!
I lift M/W/F and do cardio T/Th/Sa
For my lifting/carb days I've been eating the following:
-turkey sausage/egg whites on a wheat english muffin
-Fruit/Greens/protein smoothie
-Subway/jimmy johns sub modified to be "healthy"
-Beef/Chicken With Rice
-Wheat Pasta with Red Sauce with grass fed beef
For my no carb cardio days I've been eating the following:
-Protein Shake
-Turkey bacon and egg whites
-Chicken and Salad
-Chicken or beef With Hummus
-Chopped turkey breast salad from subway
Sunday I'll have a cheat meal, I had pizza last week because of the game but the week before for example I had sushi and hibachi steak/chicken with vegetables
The meals are all pretty much interchangeable and I know there isn't much variety but I hate seafood, other than sushi weird I know, and it's just easier for me that way I'll change it up as needed. I don't necessarily eat all of that in one day that's just examples, also I'm not counting macros but I'm limiting my intake and can say pretty definitely I'm well in a deficit, crude I know but it works for me. The subway/jj meals arent the best but it's just easier that way for me at work and I make them work within the diet.
For basic supps I use the following:
Liv 52
Biotin
Saw Palmento
Glucosamine/chondroitin
L-optimize
Orange Triad
Probiotics
Krill/Fish Oil
ACV
Pyruvate
Taurine
Glycerine
Creatine
For the good stuff I'm using DNP 400mg a day and generic GH 2.5iu a day and will switch to clen after this DNP run. I'll do a cycle of test/var and maybe tren in late spring.
Does anyone have any critique or suggestions? Don't be afraid to tear into me I would really appreciate the help!
