Hey y'all I'm starting a new diet plan that has been relatively good to me so far. Only a week in, but feel great. I used to eat out about 6 times a week, but it got pricy and started to acquire fat. I am a hard gainer so it's never mattered before. But now I switched my diet around more for a healthy stand point.
Example of a day is :
Meal 1
5 egg whites and 1 whole egg 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: steak 1cup brown rice serving of veggies
Meal 3: 8 oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice veggies
Meal 4: protein shake
Meal 5: tuna filet with potatoes
Meal 6: 1 cup cottage cheese prior to bed
On training days I have two shakes
Please critique and help me I'm trying to lean bulk right now. Thanks!
