I'll give you a little back ground first. I am 6'1" 300 lbs about 15% BF. I am a strength athlete. I am coming off a run of 4iu GH ED and IGF-1 lr3 pwo. I seemed to really respond to that combo....I got a little leaner while staying at 300lbs. Now I want to dive a little further into peps with this protocol:

Waking-100 CJC 1295(DAC)/100 GHRP-2
30 minutes later 30 carbs 30 protein

Pre workout 40mcg IGF1-Lr3

Post workout-100 CJC 1295(DAC)/100 GHRP-2
30 minutes later 30 carbs 30 protein

Pre Bed 100 CJC 1295(DAC)/100 GHRP-2
30 minutes later 30 carbs 30 protein

The goal is to get as strong as possible. Although I would not mind getting a bit leaner too.

Please let me know your thoughts!

don't use the the cjc1295 w/ dac, you will get gh bleed
 
There is also a strong movement towards igf ED instead of work out only days. Maybe try 20mcg ED. This would keep your IGF Levels elevated at all times. a 10-20mcg should be real easy on receptor saturation so you could stay at this dose for a while with results
 
I agree. I'm using 20mcg/ed. This is my 10th week & there's no saturation issue like before. Before I was using 50mcg & had to stop by week 6 because I was getting diminishing returns.

I strongly stand by less is more for igf.
However, mgf seem to be the other way around. More = more gains.

It makes sense. We probably make less than 1 mcg a day naturally.

Yes..MGF will definitely aid in recovery.Immediately post workout in the muscles trained is standard.As for the CJC w/ dac..if you are going to go with it you could probably get away with just using one 100mcg dose or split that up into 2(50mcg's)..it is active for up to 7 days, but loses it's potency daily.
 
Looks good to me. I'll be starting almost an identical protocol later this week.
