hi all,
i have used slin before postworkout 3 weeks at a time then off for at least 4 weeks.
i train 5 days a week and would like to follow this regimen.
3 days a week 10iu post workout and 2 days 10iu a.m and 10iu p.m on weak bodypart days with 2 days off a week for the next 4 weeks.
i am ok on my 10iu postworkout but would like you to take a look at my 2 x a day meal structure.
meal1 5.00am
pre workout 20g protein and 25g carbs (shake)
meal 2 7.00am
postworkout 60g whey and 100g carbs(honey) with 6g creatine and 1250mg hca taken just before injecting 10iu slin.
meal 3 8.00am
80g carbs(oats) and 40g protein(casien and egg albumen)
meal 4 9.30am
20g protein and 25g carbs (mrp shake)
meal4 12.00pm
10iu slin with a carb drink (80g simple carbs and 6g creatine)and 1250mg hca.
meal5 12.10pm
1 can tuna and 1 cup wild rice and veges
meal 6 14.30pm
mrp shake 40g pro and 45g carbs
meal7 17.00pm
mrp shake 20g pro and 25g carbs
meal 8 19.00pm
2 x chicken breasts and sweet potatoes and veges
meal 9 before bed
pure protein shake 40g protein
thats it,what do you think,basicly i am concerned on how my diet has been structured to cope with the slin.as i said i will only be running the 2 x day slin twice a week otherwise its 10iu postworkout only with 2 days off a week.i am concerned about not consuming any fat for those two days though.
any help will be appreciated.
