please help 24 year old on TRT

Im 24 years old and was put on test c 100mg a week by my doctor. ive been having a lot of issues and im not what is the root of the problem. i was put on trt when my natural levels wouldn't increase above 240. also due to no sex drive and no motivation.
ive been on now for about 4 months my levels are 650 4 days after my shot.
the problem im having is im still having low sex drive and problems with erections. ive talked to my doc bout upping the dose to 150-200 a week but we will not raise it. he clams my levels are fine for a 24 year old and i should be having good erections. and also my reb blood cell count went up from 5.3 to 5.6 and he claims it from the test and that i could have a stroke if it get higher so instead of raising the dose he want to cut back to 75mg a week.

what is yall thoughts on this? ive always heard 200mg a week is standard trt. my doc say 200 every 2 weeks is standard.

i just want a sex drive and im not interested in cialis etc.
