I will try to make it short. Yesterday afternoon started feeling kind of bad! Was at my son's baseball game. Had to USE the bathroom but fought it off till I could get home. Got home and literally almost blew up the toliet! Ate again so I could go to the gym! Little while later back in the bathroom! After about an hr took my pre workout supps back in bathroom again! The whole time I thought it was just something I ate! Tried to go to gym had to stop on the way out the door to go to the bathroom again! Finally made it to the gym and had a terrible back workout! Drank A meal replacement figured it would be easier on my stomach! Went and did our weekly grocery shopping and really started feeling bad! It was like my stomach was swollen all the way up to my rib cage! Today I got up felt better so made me up a protein and oatmeal shake and have felt horrible since! I feel better if I do not eat but I have to eat! Scared to lose muscle! What do I do???? Some kind of bug my wife woke up today with it!!!!
