please help for PCT, I've been wrongly informed

Hello,
I'm French and I'm fed-up with french forums (say anything and not serious) ... I've seen your post on pct and I notice that i have done mistake for my first cycle.
I've done :
week 0-6: 200mg decadurabolin/week
week 1-3: 100mg test propio /2days
from week 2 : 3injections of 250mg test énanthate separated with 12days.
0.5 arimi every 3 days.

Today is 16days after the last injection of enanthate and french's forum says me to do 3X1500 UI of HCG every 4days or 3X2500UI of HCG every 5days. Next, after the HCG therapy, I sould take 100mg clomid /day the first week and 50mg/day the second week.

Reading professionalmuscle, I notice that I should have used HCG during cycle whith lower dosage, but now , what would be the best solution for me??

The HCG is fine. The enanthate will be in your system for a while anyway. However, the amount of HCG is way too high in my opinion. I always continue to use it after my last injection for a few weeks anyway - but only 200-300iu everyday for a week or two until my boys are normal. That's when I start trying to get my HPTA fully back online because I know the boys are ready to start producing T again. Using high doses of HCG is pretty suppressive, not just to your recovery but can possible over-stimulate your testes which is something you definitely don't want to do.

Deca@200mg wk is waste especially for only 6wks, thats when the gains really start kicking in, if you use at least 400mg wk.

500 IU a few times a week always did fine for me, even for recovering from deca or tren.

I have gained 10lbs, and i am not on the impression that I get fat so I'm satisfied with this gain.

Yes, maybe, it was my first cycle, but I have prefered stop because I thank that my tetso's receiver were saturated and if I had delayed, my PCT should have be on my resumption of my work (tiring work ,profession).
I should just have done propio...I get better gains with propio.

I have begun to do 1000ui every 4 days until my testicles are on initial size. + 20mg of nolva every day.
I prefer just use nolva. eyesight, depressed, have been reported with clomid.

If you are getting off AAS, it is SMART to have some form of assistance as your body normalizes. There are more reasons than I want to list why you want this transistion to be as "SMOOTH" as possible.

I suppose it does make sense that if you take the exogenous test out of the negative feed back loop, you'll start producing gonadotropins on your own but the question is how fast and to what extent will your body recuperate without help. Or if your body will not recuperate fully, will PCT even help that?

A little PCT should be run after some long and heavy cycle imo.
I like to keep the test at a 0.5g/week dose after cycle to help the gains to last and run a little HCG and clomid after that.
