Well hell, I will ask the first question since you are one big, lean muscle machine...by the way awesome work! What does your typical day of eating look like both offseason and precontest? What does you training schedule look like (weights/cardio)? Just think it is interesting on what people of you muscle mass do, I know it is all individual, but still interesting to see what others are doing.
