i see you have relatively high both fats and carbs.how would you explain this?
 
its real easy. he stays lean year round so he's not taking in excess calories. the macronutrient profile is absolutely meaningless.

Welcome to the board bud. In relation to the above, where do you get the carbs from as when i looked at the diets you posted they looked particularly low in carbs, particularly the off season one?

Its my fuck up i should of put when i said 1cup of rice etc its is uncooked weight as you now can see its a lot of carbs sorry mate...

1. How did you earn your pro card ?

2. How is bodybuilding different in the UK vs. over here in the United States ?

3. With your diet, do you follow one set diet for the whole time (precontest) or do you make changes in your diet, if you see that your not getting lean enough (even though you say your lean year around) What is your offseason weight vs. your contest weight ? Just curious to see how much you drop for contest time...

Sorry for the delay in the reply!!!!

1) I earned my Pro Card by winning the British Championships which is the equivalent to your Nationals.

2) Bodybuilding here is definitely not as popular or the fans are not as appreciative of what you have to do to get to the level you are at over here as they are in the US, bodybuilding is huge over there and i love to compete there.Its also very hard to get publicity over here! Sponsorship is hard to get here in the UK also but thankfully Synthetek took me as part of their fantastic team and i was able to make my extra gains with their products.

3) My diet does change for Pre-Contest as i have to be careful not to drop too much weight.I diet for only 8 weeks and keeping my carbs and protein high.
My off-season weight is 19 st 6lb and competition weight is around 18st.
