i get a text from doublr1964 saying to meet him at the gym. i get there hes not there. 15 min later in walks doubler and kevin levrone. kevin is helping him train for next years show. he is helping him put on some size. so i spent some time hanging with him and he is cool as hell. i told him about professionalmuscle.com and he was like really? its cool? not like getbig.com right? i assure him nobody here is like the other boards and we would be happy to have him on here. he agreed. until he can get logged on and set up when he gets home, i will be answering questions you may have for him directly from him. so fire away,

ill get this started out. im an extreme hard gainer, i have a good grasp on training and an ok grasp on diet. i cant fit any more food in me in a day. because of this gains are slowing to a halt. i try to eat more calorie dense foods like natty peanut butter and red meat. any suggestions on how i can get more food down?

WOW. Kevin Levrone's going to grace us with his presence? Damn Lucien, props to you my man. I'm all about the mass freaks that walk the mr. o stage but kevin levrone has to be one of the most proportionate bbers for his time plus he had some serious mass. He had a good blend of symetry and size. Can't wait to see what he has to say when he joins. Your in maryland, right lucien? As I recall kevin's nickname was maryland muscle.

kevin definitly has his own way of doing things. honestly some of the pros are stuck up but kevin is as down to earth as can be. and a straight shooter.
i was pretty shocked when he walked through the gym door.
by the way he is about 205lb. he does NOT workout. he said he hasnt since he left the stage. he is by no means small!!!! we took a few pics in the gym which ill post later, his shoulders are wide as hell! he was covered w longsleeves but you can still see the triceps popping out.
i asked him how big he was when he began training. he said about 195lb. UNTRAINED!!!! this guys genetics are amazing! he did a great job with doubler1964 today and i think about now doubler it feeling it!!!


i will speak to him tomorow and get the q&a started. its kinda crazy how much of a regular guy he is and he has the most pro wins in ifbb history!!!

Actually Ronnie does now. I think he beat Kev by 1. I think Kev should come back and get his record back as well as a long deserved O title! Nobody on the stage today can beat him!

i stand corrected. i remember reading his workouts and following them when i was younger. its kind of a trip to hang with him. ive always been a fan of his physique but now im a fan of the man he is. just a good guy all the way around. he came down to the marylands last week and hung out for a bit.
its cool to have him here.
