I am taking a nutrition course for my own benefits in college, since it is my last semester. My professor shared this with us today and I wanted to share with you all. This is a pretty interesting story.

I am happy to this people in the world who are willing to solve problems such as Protein Energy Malnutrition (PEM)

I'm leary of a lot of charitable organizations and how funds are spent, but Doctors without Borders seems like a very respectable one.
